The courts at Tylöbäck are usually put up at the beginning of June. Thus, whenever you visit Halmstad in the summer, it is just a question of getting out there. One of our tips is to park at the far end of the Älgvägen road and walk to the beach by crossing Prince Bertil’s trail. This takes you directly to the mouth of the Tylöbäck stream and the courts’ location.

As early as the start of May, when the weather begins to get warmer, you can see people playing beach volleyball at various places around Halmstad. Engelbrektsplan, near the centre, is the prime example. It has three new courts that are very popular. Training groups play here on certain days. However, it is usually possible to have a spontaneous game.

So, now might be the time for you to try out beach volleyball too!
