Delightful relaxarium

Treat yourself to a session in the hotel’s spa and relaxarium. The peaceful atmosphere is special and it is easy to simply breathe, enjoy the quiet and collect your energies. On the terrace, there is a luxurious Jacuzzi that has massage jets for six people. Lie back on your recliner and enjoy the birdsong. There is a sauna in the relaxarium. Suitably warmed after your dip, simply sink into one of the massage chairs and let your muscles enjoy the attention they deserve.

Open whenever you wish

The spa and relaxarium can be booked in advance at reception and enjoyed whenever you like. As a hotel guest, you have free access to the relaxarium. If you come for the day, there is a day tariff. Loan of bathrobe, slippers and towel are included in the price. There is a lower age limit of 18, but children are welcome to use the facilities accompanied by adults.

Gym

Measuring 225 square metres and offering many training machines, Tylebäck’s gym is perhaps Sweden’s best-equipped hotel gym. Besides weights, barbells and kettlebells, there are also spinning bikes and, the latest addition, SkiErg. As a hotel guest, you can treat yourself to a weight training session whenever you want and entirely free of charge. Morning people can use the gym from 05.00 onwards, while those who are more active in the evening can train up until 24.00.

Relaxing countryside experiences

With the countryside just outside the door, it is easy to wander off into a forest or along the coast. If you would like to exercise on the beach, there is a six-kilometre circuit along the coast. Alternatively, there is a nine-kilometre circuit through Möllegård nature reserve. If you wish, you can borrow Nordic walking sticks or go on a guided tour. In this naturally beautiful area, there are many wonderful trails that you can enjoy under your own steam or with a guide. If you cannot get enough of the beautiful views, it is easy to rent a bicycle and take in even more. The prize-winning Kattegat cycle trail runs right outside the hotel.

Yoga

Several evenings a week, the hotel has yoga classes. All sessions can be booked. Loan of yoga mat is included in the fee.
