Evening dips at Halmstad Arena

This is when the focus is on relaxing in the pools. The lighting is dimmed, candles are lit and mood music fills the air. If you wish, it is also possible to start the evening with a training session (Aqua or Aqua Extreme) and then enjoy some well-earned relaxation. However, you are equally welcome to turn up after all the training is done.

Energy for body and soul

If you would like to fill up your energy reserves before your dip, the lido café is open part of the evening. Hot and cold drinks, open sandwiches, salads and waffles are amongst the items on the menu.
