What’s Happening at the Laxacupen Area

At the Laxacupen area in Sannarp, you’ll find a number of exhibitors offering a variety of activities. Challenge yourself, a family member, or a teammate to some fun experiences. Why not take part in a competition or explore your creative side? There is also a food court on site where you can buy food.

At the Sannarp area near Halmstad Arena, there are various food options available to purchase. Smaller kiosk facilities are also available at Skedalahed.

Getting to the Matches

Laxacupen is primarily played at Halmstad Arena IP, also known as Sannarps IP. Some matches are also played at Skedalaheds IP.

Getting to Halmstad Arena

Halmstad Arena is easy to reach on foot, by bicycle, bus, or car. If possible, we recommend travelling by bus or bike, as the parking areas can fill up quickly.

Bus, Bike, and Walking
If you have the option to use public transport, cycle, or walk to the matches at Halmstad Arena, we highly recommend it. There are excellent walking and cycling paths all the way from the city centre to Halmstad Arena.

For those travelling by bus, there are three bus stops located near Halmstad Arena:

• Halmstad Arena South: local bus routes 4 and 7.
• Halmstad Arena East: local bus routes 1, 5 and 7, as well as regional bus routes 145, 318 and 319
• Halmstad Arena West: local bus routes 1 and 5.

Parking at Halmstad Arena
Halmstad Arena is conveniently located close to the E6 motorway while still being within walking distance of the city centre. There is a large parking area at Halmstad Arena with more than 1,000 parking spaces.

Getting to Skedalaheds IP

By bus
If you have the option to use public transport to get to Skedalaheds IP, we highly recommend it. The Skedalahed bus stop is located less than 200 metres from Skedalaheds IP.

You can take local bus route 4 or regional bus routes 145 and 318 to get there. These services also stop at Halmstad Arena (Halmstad Arena East and Halmstad Arena South).

Parking
Skedalaheds IP is located about a five-minute drive from both the E6 motorway and Halmstad Arena. There is a fairly large parking area at the venue, which can be accessed via Ålängesvägen.

Halmstad City

If you need to drive, the parking facilities in the city centre can also be a good option. There are several parking areas to choose from, and you can easily combine attending matches with a fika, shopping, or other activities in the city centre. From there, you can either walk or take the bus to the match venue.
